1.   Chiluba loyalists, massing in the central city of Kabwe, where the convention was held, reportedly roughed up at least four ministers and threatened to rape another.

2.   One guard was stabbed to death and another was raped in the two earlier incidents.

3.   One nun was murdered in the southern state of Kerala last year, and another was raped in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh.

4.   Two more were found in northern Belize and another was raped, beaten with a rock and left to die in the southern town of Dangriga.
